Kindly be advised that any generator advertised as 'Silent' is indeed as quiet as a generator can be. However, do bear in mind that an internal combustion engine in which fuel is burned and used in order to transfer fuel energy into circular movement must, by definition, cause some level of noise. All generators have two different noise levels on their specs: the maximum noise level, which takes into account audible and non-humanly-audible sounds at the very exit of the exhaust, and is stated in a sticker on the generator.
