This part is an Air Bleeder Valve Water Nozzle Wall Fitting featuring a 3/8" Barb that is usually used in a Hot Tub to bleed the air off the pump while filling the tub up.

I have seen these valves in many brands like Leisure Bay , Premium Leisure , Laguna Bay and many more. This valve is usually replaced because the barb is broken off.
