| Your satisfaction is our number one priority, if you are not completely satisfy with your purchase. We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:
1. Return and exchange is only available within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box inside the Credit will not be issued if shoe box is missing and/or has been altered with markings, price tags/labels, tape, etc.
3. Please make sure that there is no scuff marks or dirt on the soles of the shoes when returning the item Seller will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. In the case of a return, refund will be issued only for the purchased item and not for the shipping cost.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping and handeling charges for returns and exchanges.
