Here we have replacement 5/8" X 3/16" tacking material (10 feet) used when installing a new convertible top on your car. This tack strip is made out of plastic and will hold staples far better that the original material and it will never deteriorate like the original style. This listing is for 10 feet of the 5/8" wide and varies between 1/8" to 3/16" thick tacking material. It is commonly used on the bottom side of the front header bow, when you wrap the convertible top fabric over the front header bow it would staple to this material on the bottom. This material can also be used in the other bows to fill in any bad spots where the original tacking material is missing.
