DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We use, United States Postal Services (Priority Mail) and FedEx (ground), we will select the best shipping method for your parcel. 

**Overnight or 2nd day shipping can be selected at time of purchase there will be standard shipping charges applied. **

IMPORTANT: We cannot be held liable for any customs duties or taxes you country may add to the order.

TRANSIT TIME: Is between 6-10 day however may be longer due to customs, clearance and your local postal service.

Return Policy: We gladly accept returns for item purchased within a 14 day period, provided it is still in the original packaging, not used nor damaged. A full refund will be credited back to you upon receiving the item back and being inspected, less our original shipping cost to you, this applies to "free shipping" orders as well.

Warranty: All WINDOW REGULATORS sold carry a ONE YEAR manufactures warranty against factory defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense. 

All LIFT SUPPORTS have a limited lifetime warranty. This is manufactures warranty against factory defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense. 

All other products carry a 30 day warranty.

Warranty Claims: Please email or call us with your warranty claim including: your reason for return, full name, eBay item number, date of purchase or PayPal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.

Item in stock: All items listed in our eBay store are in stock, on occasion there may be an error, either human or otherwise with availability and we will inform you immediately if this happens.
