Light extremity wear, rear cover rubbed and faded, inside front hinge reglued, inside rear hinge paper splitting but hinge solid, a few page signatures protrude from fore edge, names of plays pencilled on reverse of half-title page, notes pencilled on rear endpaper, name and address written on front endpaper, light interior foxing; otherwise solid and clean. A rare early printing.
