This is a used/surplus item, selling at a fraction of its original price/cost and has no warranty. While the item will be as described before we send it, there is always a chance that something will happen in shipping. If you need service like a new item, go buy a new one. Alternatively, a limited warranty can be purchased at extra cost on some items (ask). When we do accept a return on an item, the buyer must first obtain an RMA # from us. The buyer pays packing and shipping costs both ways on returns.

Listing description is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing but we are subject to making human errors. The seller's liability, in the event of a listing error, is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any responsibility for lost time, opportunity, inconvenience, etc. on the part of the buyer.  We are human and do occasionally maker errors.  If this is not acceptable to you or you don't have the patience to work with us on resolving any issues that might arise, please don't commit. Bad feedback left without trying to work things out first will automatically get the same.

By bidding on this item, the bidder/buyer agrees to assume all responsibility and risk with regard to the appropriateness and legal use of the item and that the seller is free of all liability regarding the use, disposition, condition, legality and appropriateness of this item.

Winning bidder pays all packing and shipping costs in addition to bid amount unless picked up at source (zip 87124). (Note that packing & shipping charges are based on weight, size and fragility and have nothing to do with the bid price. Something with a bid price that is almost free could be big, heavy and fragile with commensurately significant P&S charges.) This also means that if the trucking company comes up with extra charges after delivery, the buyer will be required to pay these charges in addition to the quoted amount. Very small items of only a few ounces generally go first class mail with no insurance and no tracking. Items of only a couple pounds usually go priority mail with no insurance and no tracking. FedEx ground is currently our shipper of choice for most items more than a couple pounds. (that have a packed weight less than 150 pounds and are small enough to meet FedEx Ground package size restrictions.) FedEx ground automatically includes $100 insurance and tracking. Used items by truck are only insured for 10 cents per pound.   Items left beyond 20 days are subject to storage fees.

Please send your shipping address (including zip code) and delivery contact phone number as soon as you are notified that you are the winning bidder so we can get back to you with the packing and shipping cost. Please note if yours is a business or residential address (Businesses located in a home are residential for shipping purposes.)  If you do not include a delivery contact phone number with your shipping address and there is a problem with delivery, you will not get a refund and you will have to pay for both the return and redelivery shipping cost!

Items that weigh more than 150 pounds or are bigger than 130" length plus girth must ship by motor freight carrier, preferably freight collect. Please note that used items shipped by truck are only insured at 10 cents per pound. Extra insurance is no longer available on used goods. Allow several weeks for larger items to get packed and picked up by a truck. We can't schedule shipping until we have a delivery contact phone number.

Payment via Paypal is strongly recommended as it cuts about a week off delivery.  If payment is not received within 10 days of notification of total amount due, transaction is subject to being listed as failed for non-payment and the item being sold to another buyer.

Please feel free to ask questions. However, make sure you include the item description so we know what you are interested in and we can't calculate shipping cost unless you give us your zip code. Be sure to include full contact information, item description and number with each communication.  Be sure to use the same name/e-mail address and correct return e-mail address, otherwise our response may not get to you.  We get thousands of e-mails and the harder it is to figure out what you are talking about and get back to you, the more delay there will be in responding to you and the greater the chance you won't get any response at all. Note that if you wait to the last day, we may not be able to get back to you before the auction closes. We generally don't have a chance to get to where items are stored until the end of the next business day after we ready your query.  Even more lead-time is needed with regard to weekends--we seldom have a chance to look at e-mail Friday PM through Sunday. We almost never watch any of our auctions close.
