Seiko Mens Perpetual Calendar Titanium Mens Watch 8F32-0049 Date Window Stuck

The watch is working with a brand new battery Fitted that is quite difficult to do 

The watch is ticking and keeping time fine however the date window is stuck on 9 so it needs a repair or tinkering with please keep this in mind 

Titanium case and strap - blue dial - 39mm case diameter 

The strap is a little on the smaller side 

In good overall condition there are a few scratches on the glass but the watch is very wearable
