1958 DUTCH ARMY LEATHER JERKIN - MvO ISSUE

Original military jerkin issued to the Dutch Army (Ministerie van Oorlog), dated 1958. A classic mid-century layering piece derived from WWII British patterns.

Specs:

Outer: Genuine brown leather. Soft and lightweight grade, very supple compared to standard stiff issues.

Lining: 100% Cotton Moleskin (Heavyweight sheared cotton).

Markings: Original MvO 1958 internal stamp and Size stamp.

Hardware: Original 4-button front closure.

Size: Stamped 3. Fits approximately like a modern Large.

Leather in excellent condition externally, except for a few minor signs of wear. Internally, there are several signs of wear. See photos.
