Vintage 1960s Bill Sims sleeveless day dress! Charming and adorable black cotton print with blue roses and dainty hearts. This authentic mid-century piece features a surplice wrap-style bodice accented by two large buttons and a V-neckline. The cinched waist flows into a pleated skirt detailed with white ric-rac trim near the hem. Matching belt! Marked a vintage size 18.

Condition: Staining on the bodice, covering half a flower and half a heart. This doesn't seem very noticeable in my opinion.
