I have a large selection of pieces in my eBay store, but due to the expense of listing them all at one time, I will be listing only a few auctions each week. I will try and list a variety of pieces each week and hopefully you will find items of interest to you.
This Harmony Kingdom figurine named "All You Need Is Love" V4 was carved by Peter Calvesbert in 2009. It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England..
Harmony Kingdom description:
"This Harmony Kingdom box figurine was released by three House of Lords Dealers. This one was exclusive to HOL Dealer My Doll Shop '2009 Summer of Love Tour'.
Three mellow hep cats get on their groove in this very limited edition box figurine. Inscribed on the lid are names of prominent 1960’s personalities: T. Leary, Dylan, Garcia, Joplin, Baez, and OSHO. The badge on one of the cats has the initials AH, for Albert Hofman, the Swiss chemist who discovered LSD and who died last year at the age of 102! “Powick” written under the guitar refers to Powick Hospital, a mental hospital that was ten miles from Peter’s childhood home where LSD was administered to many of the patients. The interior portrays Woodstock, not the famous 1969 music festival but Snoopy’s friend, the only Woodstock Peter knew as a boy."
USPS Ground Advantage insured shipping in the US. The piece is "mint in box" and signed by the artist, Peter Calvesbert who also drew one of his unique mouse pictures on it. Thanks for looking!
