The handsome oval-shaped pan is spacious enough to roast large cuts of meat including a 12-15lb turkey or large ham. It has double handles at each end on both lid and base.
The dish is in good clean condition inside: the enamel is a little dulled at the bottom but not damaged. The outside lid is tarnished in places and the surface of the enamel has deteriorated a little over time in several small areas; but this is not overly noticeable and some will probably polish out. Neither part of the 2-piece set is dented, seriously scratched or chipped.
This is the perfect and practical addition to the country kitchen. The photos do not do this beautiful dish full justice (reflections distort and artificial light accentuates blemishes.)
