Per search engines, this is POSSIBLY a Peerless / Worthmore pan. The bottom of the outer/bigger pan has engraved "MADE IN U.S.A." and "ALUMINUM", but the other words I can't make out except that slanted, between the Made in USA and Alumunim, you can see "ess".  There looks to to a "p" before that with missing letters in the middle. It looks more like "princess" than peerless, but G O O G L E is saying it's Peerless........  Shows definate signs of age / use / wear.
