This flicker ring was one of a set of nine that were offered as mailaway premiums in Monster Mania magazines in the 1960's. This ring was manufactured in Japan. I show a page from the magazine with the offer, for reference only, and it is (NOT) included with the ring. (You can just print it out from my listing). The base retains 99% of its original shiny silver colored finish. This ring is a scarcer green color and the flicker is perfect with no scratches or any other defects.
