Return Packaging
Product/s must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us. (Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return process. We encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to cover such damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.)
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refund
Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of us receiving the product and after inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Note
We reserve the right to give a partial refund in cases when the return is not in an unused condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error (If the return is caused by the consumer).

Items outside the 30 days warranty time frame.
Used or misused items.
If you still return it, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge based on the product condition.

A: we arrange shipment in 24 business hours with 3-5 business days fast shipping method if stock is enough. If the area needs to be shipped from China, usually the shipping will take 7~10 business days, considering the custom clearance time.

A: We offer 2-5 years warranty for all our led grow lights, while grow tents are final sale upon usage. We have repair center in
USA, Canada, AU, UK, Germany,Russia. We will reply within 24 business hours.
Q6: What shipping methods do you use?
A: AU Post or Direct Freight for shipments within Australia, UPS and Fedex for shipments within United States, Yodel for the United Kingdom, etc. As to international shipping from China, the lights will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. If you would like to specify a shipping method or carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will
be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we
will send you parts for replacement, as solo is very easy to fix, and all you need is a screw driver.
