Vintage Salute '001' Multiband World Radio. Made in the USSR, a rare find. Sold for "parts or repair".

In good condition for age but does have wear and damage.

*Physical Condition:

• Missing treble & bass knobs

• Power cord has been cut by scrappers or e-waste guys.

• Left aerial repaired—doesn't go in all the way

• Missing cover over rear power cord compartment

*Running Condition:

• Turns on w/ batteries (6xD, not included, don't always make connection, I needed to pad the battery compartment with a piece of cardboard).

• Can't tune in any stations—only once was I able to pick up stations on AM

• The fine tuning section doesn't always engage all lights—they illuminate randomly w/ every power-on or band change. Could be a loose connection but I honestly don't know how to use it, so maybe I'm doing something wrong.

May be further problems, however this is what I experienced during my brief test.

Will be packed well with bubblewrap. Local pickup not available, sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks for looking!
