To the EU (except the U.K.), 150 EURO customs duty exemption threshold was already removed from July 1, 2026.
And effective November 1, 2026, Product Identifier (PID) information (Merchant Product Identifier, Non-standardised Manufacturer & Standardised Manufacturer) will be required for all items shipped from outside the EU to buyers in the EU.
For parcels sent to the EU from outside the EU, ALL EU buyers (no exceptions) must pay VAT and customs duties upon receipt. (If the subtotal is under 150 EURO and VAT already has been paid to eBay, only customs duty will apply later.)
Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
