Vintage used 1955 BEA British European Airways Airline Ticket with France Revenue red boxed wet stamp to front cover - reading "TIMBRE DE DIMENSION PAYÉ SUR ÉTATS — AUTORISATION DU 29 OCTOBRE 1954". This French stamp-duty overprint paid in bulk by the issuer under tax authority authorisation dated 29 October 1954, rather than affixed as an individual adhesive fiscal stamp. A separate red overprint reads "COMPLIMENTARY OVERNIGHT BAG ISSUED". Used condition, with wear.
