Condition: Please see all photos
Exterior Lithographs: Paper lithographs show noticeable water staining/yellow discoloration on the upper white stucco-style exterior panels (front and rear). Lower stone lithos are intact with light edge wear.
Interior Lithographs: Interior wall graphics remain colorful throughout. There is a minor blue ink/crayon mark on the upper-level bedroom dresser litho and minor paper edge lifting at the lower kitchen wall seam. There is a spot on the outer edge of the upstairs cardboard floor. Also something on the yellow upper bedroom right side wall. Missing the sticker flooring on some parts
Plastic & Frame: Structural plastic is solid and hinges smoothly when swinging the house open. There is a crack along the blue chimney latch (shown in detailed photos) and light paint flecks on the brown roof shingles. Does not come with doors
Mechanics: Internal doorbell chime functions when activated.
Note: Building shell only; no figures, vehicles, or loose furniture items are included.
