Delivery: All of our watches are sent next-day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured for FREE within the UK. Please note that watches over £1500 purchased through eBay are sent directly to eBay’s authentication centre in Ruislip, London. This may delay delivery to yourself by 1-2 working days. Watches are then shipped by eBay via UPS next-day delivery to you in their own packaging, we sadly have no control on how they're packaged by eBay and/or how they arrive.
Collection: Our shop is based on the high street in the beautiful market town of Sherborne, Dorset. You’re more than welcome to collect your watch from us in person, we work on an appointment only basis so you will need to contact us prior to purchasing. Payment: When purchasing through eBay payment needs to be made immediately. If the watch you have purchased isn’t paid for within 2 hours we have the right to cancel the order, re-list and report your account to eBay. Due to the nature of the watch industry todays price is not always yesterday’s or tomorrow’s price, watch values fluctuate daily and we will not tolerate delayed payments and/or time wasters. Only press buy it now when you have the funds available.
Authentication: As per eBay policy, watches over £1500 have to be sent directly to their authentication centre in Ruislip, London. If purchased elsewhere for example our site or in-store, watches can be sent directly to you the next day with our own authentication card along with our invoice. Returns & Refunds: Please see eBay’s Returns policy for further details. When purchased directly with us then refunds are only accepted if a watch is not as described. Due to the nature of the watch industry we cannot accept responsibility if you change your mind after buying. If you're unsure about a particular watch before buying or have any questions please contact us and we would be more than happy to help with any questions, provide more photos / videos etc.
Warranty: All of our watches are sold as seen and/or described, most watches will come with the remainder of their manufacturers warranty or warranty from a recent service. Some (especially vintage pieces) will not come with a warranty or any guarantees. If you’re unsure, please contact us beforehand to find out more.
Consignment: Not all of the watches we list are owned outright by us, they could be for sale on a consignment basis / sale or return. This means we do not always have as much flexibility in the price as you might think. We take a very small fee (smaller than eBay) once a watch sells on consignment. If you’re looking to sell your watch we would highly recommend using this service to return the highest value possible as opposed to a trade / cash value although we can also purchase watches outright.
