Payment can be made through eBay using their approved channels including Credit / Debit Card and Paypal. If you would rather pay by cash or bank transfer, please call our Customer Services Number.

We aim to ship your purchase within two working days using an economy service. The ebay shipping time "estimates" should be considered as estimates only, as there are factors such as weekends, holidays, courier delays etc which can affect the delivery time. Should you require a faster service, please pay the additional premium and we will do our best to accommodate. If the item is a large item, please allow additional time, as these take longer to pack and usually a pallet type courier is required, which can take longer to collect and deliver. Tracking information is available on request, and the quickest way to receive this is to call our Customer Services Number.

For standard non-bespoke and non-electronic items, returns are accepted within 28 days of your purchase. Items must be returned at your expense using a trackable service. Once the item is received, it will be inspected and if it is in the same condition as when dispatched, we will issue a refund minus the re-stocking fee of 20%. For bespoke items, we do not offer returns, as they cannot be easily sold on, and for electronic items, we do not accept returns as once they are connected to a circuit (which may have a fault), this can damage our item. We do not offer a trial service to help people diagnose their faults - please use an appropriate vehicle technician.
