Condition is overall acceptable as the book itself does show wear in all different areas, creases, and there is remainder of a sticker on the front bottom left area. I do not notice any rips, holes, tears, stains, writing, or missing pages. The book does have a yellow tint  to its pages from age like a book you'd see at your local library as an example.
