The Hispec HSA/BP/10 is a standalone optical smoke alarm designed to provide dependable fire detection in domestic and commercial environments. Featuring a sealed 10-year tamperproof lithium battery, it delivers long-term protection without the need for mains wiring or regular battery replacement.

Its high-quality optical smoke sensor provides effective smoke detection, while the 85dB alarm at 3 metres provides a clear audible warning. The integrated Test/Hush button allows convenient testing and temporary silencing where appropriate, and a low-battery warning helps indicate when the battery is approaching the end of its service life.

Designed for straightforward retrofit installation, the HSA/BP/10 is supplied with a base plate and fittings and requires no wiring. Wireless data extraction through the Safespec app provides access to device status, activation history and battery condition, supporting maintenance and inspection records.
