Please note these are TWO different sizes the left foot is a 43/9 the right is a 42/8.

Apart from this they are brand new Vivienne Westwood Brighton trainers with cuts outs - in box and as you can see from the photos there is not a huge difference in size between them - nothing that an inner sole probably wouldn't sort out!
