This is fully working and very clean.  The original box is included along with all internal packing, the sync cable, and instructions.

I modified this one to have MIDI IN/OUT on the same socket - there are no holes, modifications or extra sockets ham-fistedly mashed to the casing!  The original two pins of the internal DIN socket carrying the MIDI IN data are unchanged - the unused pins of that same DIN socket now carry the MIDI OUT data.  A DIN splitting cable will be needed, (5-pin M180 to TWO 5-pin F180) and all's good!  Why this hasn't been thought of before, I'll never know, but you're free to run with it!

Only selling as these things are clever, yet the lack of a simple control makes it an utterly useless toy.  Even the Stylophone, VL-1, and my Sharp EL-670 calculator have master tuning controls, but these don't - and no master tune is an absolute deal breaker.

This item will be SECURITY MARKED and have multiple non-removable barcoded security stickers to prevent tampering.  It will not be possible to remove or replace internal components without destroying the security measures, the casing, or both.
