A lovely little example of an early 19th century steel pin work through copper using faux turquoise or simulated when materials where scarce the steel pins faceted to catch the light to mimics gem stones glittering.
Please se pictures as with most jewels of this period and material the finish is suffering from age related patina. But still a rare find not much survives of this type of jewel
