Baroni Lab R-1970 High Voltage Tube Preamp & Recording Amplifier

Inspired by classic early-70s British crunch (Orange-style), this is a fully analogue high-voltage 12AX7 Class A tube preamp designed for recording, pedalboard use, or going straight to a mixer/interface/PA.

Condition Excellent working condition. Fully tested — tube lights up, all knobs and switches operate as they should. Cosmetically very clean; only light signs of use on the chassis edges (see photos). No box.

• Separate XLR Level for the balanced DI

• Switches: Varicab / Direct and Ground Lift

• Serial FX loop (Send / Return)

• Outputs: ¼” preamp/line out (use into an amp return or power amp) + balanced XLR DI

• Compact aluminium enclosure with orange anodised faceplate

• Power: 12V DC, negative tip, ~300–500 mA (original PSU included). Can also run from a suitable isolated pedalboard supply
