Tested and fully working. Buttons, d-pad, analog stick, sound, and screen are all operating properly.

Pre-owned / used condition. Shows standard surface wear, light scratches, and scuffs from normal play. No cracks on the casing and battery cover is intact.

No charger is included. The console uses a standard 5V DC barrel jack charger or USB-to-PSP cable (widely available online for a few dollars).
