This was from an estate sale of an older couple from Minnesota who obviously traveled the world.  This was purchased in Munich in the 1980s. It still has the price of 130 duetchmarks on the back.  It’s from the gallery Aires Verlag Munchen and the artist is Serbian : Heiliger Georg.
