Obtained by myself by post directly from 20th Century Fox where l sent my request to David Hedison C/O the studios in LA. I was a young teenage fan of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea that aired on Saturdays in the UK.

No correspondence received back, just the card signed as shown in the photos. Kept safe all these 58+ years.

Lovely condition 135x85 mm signed card. Exhibits no creases and no UV discolouration having been stored in a controlled dark dry environment, plus it was never framed or displayed. This is a fine example of this period in time “snap shot’.

A nice clear signed in blue biro autograph.

Most requests from fans for autographs were often fobbed off with generic in-house photo copies of the cast signatures…..

I believe most of these cards were sent with no signatures as on the reverse is a price list for this size card (snapshot) plus larger photos for the fees printed. As an international request maybe l obtained favour and received one signed?
