16mm Film Print Reel Black and White labelled "CARTOONS" approx 40 minutes worth of film. I have no projector to play this on so cannot go throuh the reel to see what the cartoons are, going by the size of the reel this will be around 30-40 minutes worth of film.

The print itself picture-wise is very good (see photos) and the film is in very good condition. No VS.  

Comes on its spool but no can, so a loose reel.
