The plate is made of aluminum and is in very nice original condition with marks at the upper bolt holes and some minor signs of use and age -- see photo for details.   

            THE PLATE IS EXPIRED AND IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD. 

I will combine items from multiple auctions to save shipping costs for buyer.
