There are no major scratches or stains, but there are some minor scratches and scuffs from normal use.
The discoloration on the case that may appear as staining is actually oxidation inherent to the bronze material. This patina is a characteristic of bronze that gives the watch a beautiful vintage appearance.
The watch has been tested and confirmed to be in working condition. As it is an automatic movement, it may have stopped by the time it arrives. Simply wear it and let the movement of your wrist wind the mainspring to get it running again.
