All pre owned used condition with various degrees of wear from good condition to poor, sold as seen, we haven't gone through checking all labels etc. Unfortunately sold for wholesale so we can't include all details
Most items in our shop have been kindly donated by our supporters. Condition is detailed in the description and shown in the photos — all photos are of the actual item offered for sale. Electrical items are PAT tested where applicable; if we haven't been able to function-test an item, we'll say so clearly.

Collect from our Exeter (Marsh Barton) warehouse shop by prior arrangement, Monday to Sunday. You can also arrange your own courier for collection-only items — just message us first to discuss packaging.
Our customer service team is available 9am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and will reply within 48 hours in those hours. Payments are made securely via eBay.
Please contact us before returning any item — we always aim for a quick resolution. Unless an item is faulty, received in error or not as described, return postage is the buyer's responsibility; we recommend a free certificate of postage.
