Ichnofossil Trilobite Track Slab 250305

Around 7 inches of trackway from a very young trilobite and a couple inches left by an adult on a slab.

Approx. 9 1/2" x 6 1/4" measured at the tallest and widest points.

Weight around 4 lbs.

Fossils found near the Ohio River in Southern Indiana.

Found in natural state, we only washed the dirt off of them.

We think was from the Mississippian in age, from the Tar Springs Formation, over 300 million years old.
