The Sera snail collect is excellently suited for reducing strongly multiplying snails in aquariums.

Snails are lured into the trap by some bait (e.g. sera O-Nip tablets). Their way back is blocked by pins. The undesired catching of fish is prevented by pins in the entry of the trap.

One-Way Entry: Utilizes movable vertical bars / grid bars that allow snails to push inside toward the bait center while preventing them from escaping.
Fish Protection: Includes adjustable stop bars / spacers (3 mm, 9 mm, or variable grid spacing) to prevent fish or other larger tank inhabitants from inadvertently swimming inside.
Operation: Submerged to the aquarium substrate overnight (indicated by the moon symbol) and weighted down if necessary (10–100 g).
