Up for sale is a vintage 16-string lap harp / zither, manufactured in Czechoslovakia. This instrument features a beautiful, weathered dark wood finish with a faded folk-art floral decal on the front soundboard. It still retains its original paper musical note guide showing alphabetical notation.

CONDITION DETAILS (PLEASE READ):

This instrument is being sold strictly "AS-IS" for parts, restoration, or decorative display/prop use.

- There is a noticeable structural crack running down the front soundboard.

- There is a matching structural crack running down the back panel.

- Due to these splits, the body cannot safely support high string tension in its current state.

- It shows heavy cosmetic wear, fading to the decal, and aging on the wood and metal hardware consistent with its history.

 

This would make a fantastic rustic wall-hanger, photography prop, bookshelf display piece, or a rewarding project for an instrument restoration enthusiast.
