- Vinyl: Visually graded. The collection mostly ranges from Good (G) to Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. Most discs show standard light surface marks or hairlines from paper sleeves consistent with age, with a few appearing cleaner and a few showing heavier signs of play.
- Sleeves: Covers show standard vintage shelf wear, spine creasing, and typical minor age discoloration as visible in the photos. Please note: As is common with records from this era, a few sleeves have minor ink/pen writing or names written on them by the previous owner.

Postage & Packaging:
- Safely packed in a heavy-duty record box with internal padding to protect the corners.
- Sent via tracked courier due to the large size and weight of 34 records (approx. 8.5–9.5kg).
