Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the shipment.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
For non-faulty returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All prices listed are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. A full VAT invoice is provided with every order, issued automatically upon dispatch.
VAT is not payable by purchasers outside of the UK. If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, the VAT element will not apply to your order.
