CYP CR-CS2 Compact IP Control System – PoE AV Controller with IR, RS-232 & Relay
The CYP CR-CS2 is a compact and versatile IP control system designed to provide centralised control of a wide range of connected AV and building-control devices from a single unit.
The CR-CS2 stores up to 16 user-defined macro events, which can be triggered through the Web GUI or Telnet. Eight of these macros can also be activated directly using the unit's 8 external trigger inputs, providing fast and convenient control for applications such as meeting rooms, classrooms and commercial AV installations.
Macros can send commands to remote equipment using Ethernet, IR, relay contact closure or RS-232/422/485, allowing multiple types of devices to be controlled from one system.
An integrated IR code learning function allows the CR-CS2 to capture and retransmit commands from virtually any standard IR remote control. Four IR outputs provide control of source devices and displays, while four relay outputs can operate equipment such as projector screens, lighting systems and motorised blinds.
With PoE (802.3af) support, the CR-CS2 can be powered directly from a compatible network switch or other PoE source, eliminating the need for a separate external power supply and simplifying installation.
