Zeiss Ikon Contax III with Sonnar 50mm f2 Prime Lens.
The camera needs repair. The shutter did fire, but is now stuck. It is in need of a CLA.
The lens looks clean to me, but please examine the photo. 
The range finder patch looks contrasty and bright.
