In preowned condition.  Has significant staining on her legs/ feet. I did not attempt to clean due to how fragile the shoe color is. The color flakes off very easily. This is very common with these dolls.  Also original owner's name is written on the back of head. Flaws can be seen in the photos.  Even with the flaws, this is a very collectible doll and a must have for any Strawberry Shortcake fan! Please review all photos for condition and measurements.  Comes from a smoke free home
