Orders are mailed daily, every morning using a tracked service. 

All items are washed and steamed prior to photographing then safely bagged up to keep them fresh with scented tissue.  

New items will remain tagged and freshened up if required.   

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to resolve any issues before leaving feedback. 

You are covered by distance selling regulations & returns are accepted at the buyer's cost – items must be returned in their original packaging.
