• Please check all photos, measurements and the description carefully. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you buy. 
• Brand new items may show minor signs of storage, such as light creasing or loose fibres from handling. It is also expected that items will be creased during postage. 
• If there's ever a genuine problem with your order, simply get in touch and we'll resolve it fairly.  

📦 Shipping

• We book all of our parcels for collection. Cut off is 5pm Monday to Friday for collection the next day. We always use Royal Mail and offer 24 or 48 tracked services.  
• We reuse clean packaging wherever possible and our own packaging is fully recyclable. 

🔁 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days where applicable and the buyer pays for return postage. Items must be returned in the same condition, with all tags, packaging and our security tag still attached. Changes in condition or removal of tags will result in deductions from refunds. 
• Every item is photographed before dispatch, serial numbers noted etc to protect both genuine buyers and ourselves.

• If you have found the exact item cheaper elsewhere, add a message to your offer (detailing where the item is being sold) as we may beat the price.
