GERMANY and STATES: A RARE Early Cover under 10cm long and under 6 cm tall, please see scans for more details. Cover is in nick conditions the stamp had a missing part on right side corner down, cover addressed to Lobau,  Free State in Saxony Germany ( THAT TIME around 1860 ). On the postmark the towns Lobau & Zittau were two neighboring towns. The postmark in the back is not complete. 
I think the letter that arrived at its destination did not find the person and someone wrote
America and England, canceling the recipient.
Australia: $ 5.80 for a tracking letter.
Overseas: $ 26.50 for a tracking letter.
