This cap BOLTS-ON with plastic lug caps which are located beneath the center cap. The plastic lug caps, and center cap are included. This cap has cosmetic imperfections from road use, parking, and exposure to the elements. For example, there are a few scratches on the outer edges and scuffs in the center (see photos). The back side of the cap is dirty, and it will be shipped out dirty. Please understand that when making your purchase!! It is a hubcap after all. Its job is to get dirty!
