NIKE METHOD MILLED 003 PUTTER – 35" – RIGHT-HANDED

A premium Nike Method Milled 003 putter featuring a traditional heel-shafted mid-mallet head, precision-milled stainless-steel construction and Nike’s distinctive Polymetal Groove Technology.

This is the original premium Method model rather than the later, lower-priced Method Core range.

The Method 003 offers a compact mallet profile with more stability than a conventional blade while retaining a clean, traditional appearance behind the ball. It should particularly suit golfers who prefer some natural face rotation during their putting stroke.

POLYMETAL GROOVE TECHNOLOGY

The defining feature of Nike’s original Method range is its multi-material face.

Alternating polymetal grooves and precision-milled steel sections were designed to encourage the ball into its forward roll more quickly, reducing the initial hopping and skidding that can affect pace and direction.

The softer polymetal sections also help dampen unwanted vibration, while the exposed milled-steel areas retain the sound and feedback many golfers prefer from a premium metal-faced putter.

MID-MALLET DESIGN

The 003 combines a traditional heel-shafted neck with a compact, rounded mid-mallet head.

Weight positioned towards the heel and toe increases stability and helps the putter resist twisting when contact is made slightly away from the centre of the face. The black alignment line provides a clear reference when setting the putter behind the ball.

Its toe-hang characteristics make it most naturally suited to a golfer with a slight or moderate arc in the putting stroke.

INDEPENDENT REVIEW

Golf Monthly praised the Method range for its traditional appearance and the quality of roll generated by its groove technology. Its test of the Method 003 found that even strikes missing the centre of the face still produced a good roll.

The publication also highlighted the putter’s tungsten heel-and-toe weighting, which was intended to improve stability through impact.

GolfWRX described the original Method family as a genuine premium offering. Its review praised the combination of soft touch, useful feedback and rapid forward roll produced by the multi-material face.
