For your consideration is a Gemeinhardt 33OSSB open-hole flute featuring an NG1 headjoint, offset G key, and B footjoint. The headjoint is marked “Solid Silver,” while the body and footjoint bear .925 sterling-silver markings.
Considered an advanced flute by professionals, the 33OSSB NG1 is a beautiful instrument both visually and sonically! With several attractive features such as a USA made sterling silver NG1 headjoint (Elkhart, Indiana) paired with sterling silver body and keys (made in China), French style open hole keys, an offset G key, B footjoint, and pointed arms. Normally offered brand new for $3500+!
This flute remains in attractive overall cosmetic condition. The silver surfaces retain a bright appearance with light micro scratches, micro scuffs, handling marks, and areas of mild tarnish or discoloration consistent with previous use. No major dents are present and looks great in person. The flute has been play tested and is fully functional, however we always recommend with used instruments to have your preferred technician perform routine general maintenance before consistent use.

The fitted hard case shows light exterior wear but remains overall presentable. The outer carrying cover has general cosmetic wear as well as a partially detached handle that was reattached crudely with an exposed metal staple.
