Welcome! This listing is for a complete set of Vintage 1984 Better Homes & Gardens Blueprints / House Plans by designer Jon Condoret (credited on the plans). These plans were published by the Meredith Corporation (Copyright 1984) and are a complete 11 page full set of blueprints and is a fantastic Mid-Century Modern house plan (No. 19948).

Condition Notes:

These plans are in Good Vintage Condition. It is an original vintage architectural plan set and is being sold rolled. The blueprints themselves are super neat, clear, and legible. As a vintage item from 1984, it shows typical age-related wear, including minor edge tears and some light foxing/water staining present on parts of the paper. None of this cosmetic wear impacts the architectural drawings or text keys. There are notations on some pages.
