Defective merchandise may be returned to Australian Gourmet Gifts within 14 days of the original purchase date. Australian Gourmet Gifts requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check. Please note, hampers returned to Australian Gourmet Gifts because of an incorrect/incomplete address or delivery rejection by the recipient, are not eligible for a refund or re-delivery. This is because we incur additional costs for the return delivery of the hampers and the disposal of perishable items in the hampers.

Established in 2009, Australian Gourmet Gifts is an Online Gift Hamper Company and we specialise in Australian Gourmet Food and Christmas Hampers. We are positioned to serve the middle segment of the market with hampers that focus on a balance between quality and value for the customer. 

We were founded on the observation that the gift hamper industry consists mainly of offerings either relatively cheap products or relatively expensive products. In both cases, the perceived value of these products does not seem to match consumer expectations that seek both quality and value in a product. 

We are proudly based in Melbourne, with our head office in Huntingdale and fulfilment centres in Truganina (VIC) and Marsden Park (NSW). Meaning we are close-by to the major distribution hubs of our courier partners, which allows for the most timely delivery to customers Australia-wide.
